Crispy Chicken Pops

gms chicken mince
1½
tsp garlic paste
1
egg
½ tsp.
pepper pound
1
tsp chilly powder
2 tbsp
maida
1 tbsp
corn flour
Salt
to taste
Oil
for deep frying
Mayonnaise
and ketchup for the dip
In
a bowl mix take chicken mince add salt pepper and marinate for 10-15 mins. Now
add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in a wok and drop medium
size pops in the oil. Fry the pops on a medium flame till golden brown.
Mix
equal parts of mayonnaise and ketchup to make a dip. Serve the pops hot with the dip.
