Chocolate Ice cream cheesecake
1 double pack
marie biscuit
½ cup melted
butter
1 pack
chocolate ice cream
1 cup
chocolate chips
For topping
1 cup
chocolate
2 cups cream
Grind
a pack of marie biscuit. In a casserole spread the crumbed biscuit to form a
thick crust. Put the chocolate ice cream on it and add chocolate chips to it.
Lightly mix to evenly spread d chocolate chips. Freeze it overnight.
For
the topping melt 1 cup of chocolate and 2 cups of cream in the microwave for 2
-3 minutes or use a double boiler. Melt the mixture till it reaches a smooth
flowing consistency. Put the mixture on the ice cream evenly and freeze for 30
minutes.
Chocolate ice cream cheesecake is ready to serve.
