Chicken Cheese Melt
200 gms
boneless chicken
2
cups water
1
onion
2
tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1
green chilly
3 tbsp.
cheese spread
2 thbsp.
Mayonnaise
1
cup grated processed cheese
1 tsp.
pepper
Salt
to taste

slices bread
Butter
to grill
Boil
chicken with salt and pepper for 20-25 minutes on low flame. Cool the boiled
chicken and shred. Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilly, cheese
spread, mayonnaise and mix well. Once the mixture is ready, spread it evenly on
a slice of bread and add little grated cheese on it. Top it up with a slice
bread to make a sandwich. Butter the sandwich on both sides and grill on low
flame till golden brown.
Cut
the grilled melts into halves and serve with ketchup and chips.
