Cheese Bombs in Pink Sauce
For
cheese bombs
250
gms paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp.
maida (flour)
1
green chilly or more as required
1
tsp pepper
Handful
coriander finely chopped
Salt
to taste
Oil
for frying
For
the sauce
2 tbsps.
Butter
1 small
onion finely chopped
2
tsps. chopped garlic
1tsp.
chilly powder
1 tbsp.
flour
2
cups milk
1
cup grated cheese
2 tbsps.
ketchup
1 tsp.
pepper
1 tsp.
chilly flakes
1 tsp.
oregano
Crumble
paneer in a bowl. Add finely chopped green chilly, coriander, maida, salt and
pepper. Mix the batter and make small balls.Roll the balls in maida and keep aside. Heat oil and deep fry the balls on
medium flame till golden brown.
For
the sauce
In
a saucepan add butter. Add chilly powder as the butter melts. Add garlic and
onion and sauté till they turn transparent. Now add maida, milk and cheese and
stir on a low flame. Keep stirring till all the lumps are dissolved. Bring the
sauce to a boil and add the remaining ingredients. If the sauce thickens add
little water.
Once the sauce is done place the cheese bombs on it and serve
hot!!
